Bukit Beach Homestay is a western run, basic and neat little Indo style homestay. The Warung has two front rooms with balconies and spectacular views of the ocean and two great waves. Three back rooms complete this basic, budget but a really nice little Indo gem.
Surf Impossibles and Bingin breaks – RIGHT in front or walk/paddle to Padang or Dreamlands.
Please note that Bukit Beach Homestay is a Warung (Hostel) and not a hotel. There are shared bathrooms and no aircon. The Warung does not supply towels and does not have a safe.
There are approximately 300 steps to walk down from the road and they do not offer baggage handler service. You can barter with locals to carry your bags down if you wish. It is also a good idea to bring a torch so that you can make your way down the cliff at night. Please make sure that you have everything needed.
The Warung has 2 shared clean and modern bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. 2 have ocean views and the others do not.
Each room has a mosquito net, fan and a water dispenser. Downstairs there is a very well priced “tasty” chill out area, cafe and juice bar almost on the beach. This type of accommodation is not for everyone but it has Bintang’s and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s a Rustic, clean and well-run lodge in a 5-star position ON Bingin Beach.

Great snorkelling, safe swimming inside the reef, beginner waves on a small swell, intermediate waves on medium swells, Left point and great reef with barrels on low tide.
