My first trip to Madagascar was in 99. Like with Indo, I was hooked, and have now been 9 times since. I have scored some of my most perfect waves, and definitely my least crowded waves right here. From the Tropical and lush East coast with its white beaches and barrelling beachies, to the South West Coasts outer reefs and long point breaks, Madagascar has it all on offer. It has set ups and waves that are so remote and perfect for a bunch of mates to just get away chill and surf, as well as some of the funnest A frame reefs and beachies, perfect for beginners, intermediates and the ladies. From lodges with rim flow pool and point breaks, to desert lodges with guide and surf cruiser to outer reefs.
